Suitability depends on the load and available collection and delivery windows. A larger household or a firm arrival deadline needs an assessment of the service that can accommodate it.

Moving in stages or staying somewhere temporary?

If you will stay in temporary accommodation before moving into your Gold Coast home, decide whether furniture should be delivered there, placed in storage or sent once the final property is ready. Can some items go into storage and others to my apartment?

Explain the proposed split before quoting and identify each destination. Ask whether the arrangement is available and what each handling stage, storage period and delivery will cost.

How much notice should I give?

Enquire when your inventory and likely dates are known. Availability must be checked for the actual route and load. Do not rely on a generic weekly timetable or assume a requested day is booked until it is confirmed.

Will my sofa fit in the apartment lift?

Measure the sofa and the lift interior, doorway and connecting corridors. Send the dimensions and photos before collection if fit is uncertain. Any alternative handling method must be assessed and agreed in advance.

Can I request packing or vehicle transport as well?
