Check when keys will be available, who will receive the load, and whether building management limits delivery hours. Where parking permission or a loading arrangement is needed, establish who will organise it. Discuss any lift time limit before the transport booking is finalised.
For example: if your Gold Coast lease ends on Friday but your Sydney lift is available only on Monday morning, supply both constraints when requesting a quote.
